Brief History
We meet on Tuesdays from 7.00-8.00pm at Creech St. Michael School. A friendly, low impact session using small weights for anybody over the age of 13.
You need to wear loose clothing, bring a bottle of water and have a sense of fun.
Cost is £2.50 a session. Ring 01458 252429 or come along one Tuesday evening.
