Hi I am researching Bakeries in Taunton and I have found a Baker in your village called Wm Thos Brass. All I can find out is that he was in the village from 1928 to 1962. If you can let me know of any information that you have I would be very grateful.

I have found out that The bakery was situated in a place called Holly Cottage.
I don’t know if it is still there or not or if this was the Bakery or the owners home?
